Shipping Policy

  1. Service Areas: Mamash Organics ships across India, excluding specific locations due to courier restrictions. Delivery details can be verified by entering the relevant pin code or zip code at the checkout page.

  2. Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping is available on all orders of ₹999 or above (post-discount).

    • Orders below ₹999 will incur a shipping fee of ₹59. COD orders will incur a fixed charge of ₹99.

  3. Dispatch and Delivery*:

    • All prepaid Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched within 12 hours. COD orders are shipped within 2 working days. In exceptional circumstances, dispatch may take longer, and customers will be informed via email, WhatsApp, or SMS as applicable. 

    • Shipments are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

    • Deliveries typically take 3-5 business days, depending on the city and courier connectivity. Delays may occur due to courier loads, local conditions, festive holidays, natural calamities, and other unforeseen factors.
